It is a good plant for many uses. it grows well in the shade and in partial sun. manfreda grows better with good soil but i have found it to grow well in almost any soil. I like it as an understory plant where the foliage is a groundcover and when the blooms arrive they reach for the sun leaning where ever the sun is. You will see the flowers are very delicate and interesting. home
