Remember when buying plants to make sure they haven't been stressed by underwatering. many of these plants will never recover and will be susceptible to disease and bugs. These bedding plants are grown in a medium that does very well in a greenhouse with perfectly controlled atmospherics. When you get them home that is a different story. Sometimes if i know i am not going to plant my plant i make sure they are in a pan that holds water so that if i water these plants they will stay for sometime. It is best you plant your plants as soon as possible. I like to check the roots on plants i buy and check to make sure all six packs have six plants.
